TRAINING CLASSES FOR NEW HIRES AND  CURRENT TEAM MEMBERS

It is our mission to provide an environment that enhances employee development at all levels of employment in order to increase future growth and  help our Team Members feel a sense of achievement.

SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING

It is among the values in our Company's foundation to ensure that "Safety is the first priority" of its Team Members. Regular safety meetings, the establishment of "Safety Dojo", and various EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) training, all help to increase safety awareness.

Provide customers in markets worldwide with attractive, reliable products and services that meet their needs, while inspiring their trust. We plan to achieve this through basing technology, product development and production on a thorough understanding of customer's needs.

QC CIRCLE ACTIVITY

To strengthen our team member's capabilities to identify, analyze and resolve work related problems, a QC circle event is established. This can not only improve the performance of any organization, but also motivate and enrich employee work life.

SKILL TRAINING DOJOS TO CULTIVATE A COMMITMENT TO QUALITY WORK  AND  QUALITY PRODUCTS

To enable "Quality Supremacy" to pervade throughout the company, we have training programs to develop our team member's skills.

INCEPTION OF QUALITY DOJO

The quality dojo is established to cultivate a "quality mindset" among our  team members as well as determination to resolve and uncover root causes of problems.

Respect the culture and laws of the countries in which we carry out business. At the same time, we pledge to respect the environment in all our business activities and in every product we develop and manufacture.

Team Members volunteer clean-up effort within AWNC premises and in nearby surrounding to help keep a healthy and hygienic environment.

Community involvement of Team Member - teaching simple robotics and coding to elementary children, providing the future generation with valuable experience.
